In
1938 A. Carl Kinsey with the help of his wife, Ida established
the Kinsey Funeral Home. The first funeral home was located
in a storefront on Main St., Evans City. In 1939 they
purchased the Clayton house at 328 West Main St., where
it is still presently located. In 1973 Carl welcomed his
nephew, Ronald Volz, as a partner. Ronald still owns and
operates the business in Evans City and opened a new location in Zelienople in March 2005. Both locations are known as the
A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N.
Volz Funeral Homes.
Recently Ronald N. Volz Jr. "RJ" received
his degree from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science
and has joined the staff as a Licensed funeral director. |
